Title: RN L&D

Location: Longmont, Colorado, 80501

Duration: 13 weeks

Schedule: Nights, 3x12 hours

Shift: Nights

Weekly Gross: $2,500 - $2,625.12

Hourly Blended Pay Rate: $70 - $72

Must-Have Qualifications/Experience:

Education: ADN required, BSN preferred

Experience: 1 year preferred

Certifications:

Active RN license (NLC if applicable)

BLS (AHA)

NRP

EFM or AWHONN

Top Responsibilities (Daily Tasks):

Assess patient needs and evaluate responses to care

Develop and implement individualized care plans

Perform clinical interventions (IVs, wound care, meds, catheterization, specimen collection)

Provide patient/family education and evaluate learning outcomes

Promote patient safety, rights, and cultural sensitivity

Delegate tasks per state and hospital policy

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal care

Mentor new staff and participate in continuous learning

Use quality improvement data to enhance patient outcomes

May float to nearby facilities and adapt to different roles as needed
